I looked through all of our class’s blogs! They were all really good! It was fun to see what other people were doing all year!

I chose Mimi’s, Calysta’s, and Hanul’s blogs!

• Hunul’s was really creative and it seemed like she put in a lot of work and effort! I was really impressed with her drawings and her end results!
• Calysta’s blog was really well done! it look professional, actually everything that she did looked professional! I was amazed what she could do with photo shop!
• Mimi’s blog was also really well done! Everything was very organized and well put together! And her baseball photos were my favorite! All of her photos were very well done!

For this project I ended up doing some panorama photos as planned, but i got side tracked by my crazy weekend with my brother going to prom, and spring time flowers.

I used what I have been learning all year about taking photos for my last project so it rounded of my year with some of my best photos I have taken!

Some problems I encountered was the sunshine and making it so there wasn’t glaring or unflattering shading around peoples eyes, but I learned to position myself so that there was the least of that as possible!

The flower pictures were easy and nice to do!

In the past week I researched how to use the software to make a panorama photos

I also researched how to take the photos to create panorama photos. I also practiced taking a few photos that I can work with.

Now I will take better photos and make them into panorama photos!

I plan to learn how to do panorama photos.

First: I will research how do to it.

Second: Think about what places and or scenery would work for a  panorama photos.

Third: Take pictures of tons of places!

Fourth: Edit the photos and make them cool.

Lastly: blow up the pictures and put them in my room!

Did: I messed around in the studio looking and learning what different things do! I also looked and studied a in class book and looked at different angles and how to do things.

Learn: I learned different angles of the light, and how to make the skin look brighter and healthier.

Overcame: I didn’t really overcome anything because I didn’t have enough time to test anything out in the studio.

Outcome: I have learned a lot! and I’m ready to take pictures in a studio!

Dear Mr. Leduc:

Yesterday was the first day I was back from being sick all week. So this journal entry is late because I don’t really have anything done..!

But today, I will read the book you showed me about working with photography in the studio, and study and learn about that.

I am planning for this project is to work with out new studio, and take pictures of people.

I will learn how to work with the lights and everything in the studio and also this weekend I will be taking pictures of me and my friends outside in the sun, and learn how to work with the sun so the pictures turn out better!

To achieve this I plan to..

• learn about studio photography like the light and the angles
• practice and learn the set up and all the things in it
• For my pictures outside: i will..
• take pictures from different angles and play with light

What I Did: I researched how to do different things on Photoshop and played around with the tools trying to do different things

What I learned: I leaned a lot of different tools, my favorite was to select different parts of the picture to make them different types like having a certain part color and the rest black and white.

One obstacle I had to overcome was learning and messing up and having to undo a lot of things because I mainly did everything for practice because I didn’t feel prepared enough to start an actual project that I wanted to do.
